Chimney Inspection
Keep your chimney system in good shape with a Level 1, 2, or 3 chimney inspection from one of our certified techs.
Dan Coombs
The technician arrived on time and fully prepared to work. He inspected and diagnosed the problem quickly and proposed a good solution which was scheduled for the following day. The experience and the materials used gave me a lot of confidence. I would recommend this group highly.
level 1 inspection
We’ll take a look at any readily-accessible areas of the chimney and fireplace, including your firebox, damper, and smoke chamber.
We’ll also ensure your chimney cap is installed correctly and looking good, and we’ll keep an eye out for any issues that might be affecting the structural soundness of the system too.
We’ll then leave you with a written condition report.
We’ll then leave you with a written condition report.
level 2 inspection
We recommend these if you’ve made any major changes to your system (like relining or switching fuel types), have experienced any major weather events or natural disasters, or if you’re moving into or out of a home.
Level 2 inspections are more in-depth, covering everything in a level 1 along with a camera inspection.
At the end, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining any concerns or damages.
level 3 inspection
These are not as common but are completed when parts of your chimney or wall need to be removed to reveal a hidden issue.
These will only be done when a level 1 or 2 inspection cannot reveal the problem at hand and when otherwise concealed or permanent parts of the system need to be taken down.
