They came out to clean our dryer vent which they do every couple of years, and they did a great job as usual! I really appreciate that they are transparent and up front about pricing when you call to set up the appointment and they are prompt on the day they are scheduled. My tech was fantastic - he did a thorough job cleaning out the vent, checking the roof vent, looking in the attic for condensation or other concerns along the vent line, and made recommendations for long-term maintenance. They also provided photos of all the work they did and left everything clean. The price was reasonable, too. This company is EXCELLENT!!  I’ve used them twice because they provided Great Service before.  Chris was my technician on my recent service.  The great service continued with him! If you need fireplace or chimney work done I would suggest calling Lords Chimney. They stayed in contact with me from when I first called until the job was complete. They were at my house when they said they would be. Were very professional and respectful of me and of my home they wore shoe covers before walking in the door. Made the parts to repair the top of my chimney and the cap. Everything went well, very pleasant experience working with the people at Lords Chimney. I don't even know where to start.  Now a days, it's hard to trust companies not knowing with things so expensive with technicians and their repairs. Are they trying to upsell you stuff that you don't need? That is definitely not the case with Lord's Chimney. We've had them out twice now. Once for chimney repair and leaks and now for dryer vent cleaning plus dryer vent  repair. I cannot say enough about the company from when I call on the phone the people answering fort their professionalism and kindness. They never rushed even the technician. Miguel Yanez, nothing but professional. He took time to explain the repair, showed me the pictures. Everything was 100% transparent. It is worth the time finding a reputable company and getting it done right the first time. If there's ever any issues they will come out to correct and there's always somebody there answering the phone. Look no further for your chimney, fireplace and dryer vent repair. I just had our dryer vent cleaning done by Lords, and they also replaced the dryer termination vent.  I am very impressed. Their service was top-notch. They sent helpful appointment reminders via text, shared a photo and background info of the technician ahead of time, and even provided a real-time tracking link about 30 minutes before arrival. “Craig came out to clean my dryer vent because it wasn’t working as well as it used to. Found an outdoor plastic part that had broken and was no longer working properly. Replaced it with heavier duty piece that will last much longer in the weather. Clothes drying takes half the time now. Definitely going to use them again when I need help again.”

“We just bought our first home and were very excited to use our fireplace this winter. We knew from our home inspection in the buying process that the chimney/fireplace needed a good cleaning and maybe a few small repairs.

We wanted to do a full inspection to ensure maximum quality and safety of the fireplace, so we had Lord’s Chimney come out and take a look. The process with Lord’s Chimney was smooth, easy, and very professional. Our technician Cody was very personable and knowledgeable. He called 30 minutes before arrival, and was efficient. I’ve already recommended to a friend and told them about their tailored service.

We received the unfortunate news that our entire fireplace/chimney is rendered unusable, and if we could afford to replace we would certainly use Lord’s Chimney. We are glad to know the state of our fireplace so that we don’t use it and burn down the house.
